Can I exchange and return my purchase?

Yes, Absolutely!

For online purchases: You can return your item within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. In order to be processed, ensure that your item meet the following criteria:

  1. Invoice sheet must be attached
  2. Products must be unworn and unwashed and original tags and packaging are intact.
  3. Shipping fees will be charged to the customer, including the shipping fee to send the exchanged products to customers.
  4. Returns and Exchanges will not be processed if the parcel is lost during the shipment. La Cherie & Co. is not liable for the lost items.

For in store purchases: Purchases made in store cannot be returned. However, you are able to exchange for another item you pick out from the store. Please bring along your invoice sheet. If the product selected is higher than the exchanged product, you have to top up and if it is lower than the exchanged product, any difference price will not be refunded.

Please note that due to hygiene concerns, certain products are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable. Kindly check that the products you would to exchange and return do not fall under the following categories:

  1. Accessories: bags or clutches, bracelets, earrings, neckalces, rings, and body jewellery.
  2. Lingerie Sets, sleepwear, swimwear, swimtrunks, and sportswear
  3. Cosmetics and other beauty products
  4. Sale Products
  5. Footwear unless faulty or wrong size

Refunds Process

 We do not issue cash refunds unless the product is unavailable. We only issue refunds in forms of store credit. It will take up to 7 working days for your store credit to be issued. Store credit can only be used online.
